Responsibilities
ENSURE ADHERENCE TO AVIATION REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS SET BY ORGANIZATIONS
SUCH AS THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA), EUROPEAN UNION AVIATION
SAFETY AGENCY (EASA), OR OTHER RELEVANT AUTHORITIES.
• IMPLEMENT, MAINTAIN, AND MONITOR THE ORGANIZATION’S QUALITY MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM (ASA-100) IN ACCORDANCE WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS.
• MAINTAIN AND MANAGE QUALITY DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING MANUALS, PROCEDURES,
AND RECORDS OF INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS.
• MONITOR SAFETY PERFORMANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS AND
STANDARDS.
• CONDUCT INTERNAL AUDITS TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF QUALITY AND SAFETY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
• IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT IN PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES AND RECOMMEND
CHANGES TO ENHANCE QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY.
• HANDLE QUALITY-RELATED INQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMERS, REGULATORY
BODIES, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS.
• COLLABORATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ADDRESS QUALITY ISSUES AND ENSURE
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
• LEAD INVESTIGATIONS INTO QUALITY AND SAFETY INCIDENTS OR ACCIDENTS, ANALYZING
ROOT CAUSES AND RECOMMENDING CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
• EVALUATE AND MONITOR THE QUALITY PERFORMANCE OF SUPPLIERS AND VENDORS.
• OVERSEE THE INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES TO ENSURE
THEY MEET QUALITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
