Responsibilities
- Quality Control:
- Perform regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and lab tests on food products to assess quality attributes (e.g., taste, appearance, texture).
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures across production lines and packaging processes.

- Food Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), FDA, and other relevant industry standards.
- Monitor sanitation practices in production areas to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene protocols are followed.
- Maintain and update food safety documentation, including records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), FDA, and other relevant industry standards.
- Audits and Inspections:
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections from regulatory bodies or certification organizations.
- Assist in the preparation for third-party certifications, such as SQF (Safe Quality Food) or ISO 22000.
- Review and analyze audit results, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.
