We’re looking for a Production Assembly Technician to be a key player in our manufacturing process! In this role, you'll be hands-on with assembling products, ensuring quality, and preparing items for shipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble components to build our products efficiently and accurately
  
  
• Rotate between different tasks within the production process
  
  
• Follow written instructions to ensure proper assembly
  
  
• Operate pneumatic presses and other machinery
  
  
• Pull and package parts for shipment
  
  
• Use hand and power tools like screwdrivers and wrenches
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and mopping as needed
  
  
• Assist with additional tasks as required
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on work
  
  
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
  
  
• attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  
  
• Basic computer skills and the ability to count accurately
  
  
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player
  
  
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate machinery correctly
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, with some walking and sitting
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  
  
• Good hand-eye coordination and full use of extremities
  
  
• Clear vision, hearing, and communication skills
