Responsibilities

Responsible for all maintenance activities, including equipment safety, maximizing machine productivity and uptime, as well as the condition and upkeep of the facility.  This position plays a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving processes associated with the computerized maintenance management system for process reliability.  

preventive & predictive maintenance/process reliability efforts. 

Diagnosis and repair of equipment and facility malfunctions and faults



Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment (both mechanical and electrical systems).

Use technical expertise to identify solutions to equipment related problems and improvement opportunities

1-2 years of demonstrated hands on experience in Industrial Mechanical Systems and Controls AND/OR Industrial Electrical Systems and Controls

Must be able to work 12 – hour shift with additional overtime as required





The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends

Mechanical Maintenance

Electrical Systems Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)

Mechanical Controls Maintenanc (3 years of experience is preferred)

PLC troubleshoot and repair (3 years of experience is preferred)

knowledge ISO 9001 (2 years of experience is preferred)
