- Precision Die Setup & Optimization: Expertly install and adjust stamping dies of varying complexities, ensuring parts meet stringent specifications. Perform in-process adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality throughout production runs.
- Press Operation & Configuration: Configure and operate automated and semi-automated presses, as well as associated mechanical equipment, for efficient and safe production.
- Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of presses and other plant equipment. Diagnose and address equipment malfunctions, minimizing production disruptions.
- Die Shop Collaboration: Provide detailed feedback and information to the Die Shop for accurate die diagnostics and repairs, fostering a collaborative approach to tooling management.
- Continuous Improvement & Safety: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, streamlining workflows and enhancing production efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance Across Plant: Preform PMs on various equipment throughout the facility.
- Material Handling: Safely utilize forklifts and cranes to move and position dies and materials within the production area.
