Job Description:
We’re hiring General Laborers for a cold storage production facility in Rincon, GA! This is a true temp-to-hire opportunity with big growth potential in a company that values hard work and dedication. You’ll be working in a 30-33 degree environment, assisting with production line tasks and general labor duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move and stack boxes on a production line
- Ensure products are properly labeled and time-stamped
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
- Work efficiently in a cold storage environment
- Comfortable working in 30-33 degree temperatures
- Ability to lift and move boxes regularly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a great work ethic
- Previous warehouse, general labor, or production experience is a plus but not required
