Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night shift production operations in a fast-paced FDA-regulated food manufacturing facility.
  
  
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  
  
• Lead and mentor production staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  
  
• Monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
  
  
• Oversee equipment operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with maintenance when necessary.
  
  
• Enforce workplace safety policies and promote a culture of safety.
  
  
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift handovers.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
  
  
• Collaborate with other departments, including QA, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
