Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
