salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment used in the textile manufacturing process (e.g., looms, knitting machines, dyeing equipment, etc.).
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace malfunctioning parts in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Inspect and diagnose equipment failures, determining causes and providing effective solutions to minimize production downtime.
- Assist with machine setups, installations, and modifications to improve machine performance.
- Maintain and update accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used, work performed, and machinery status.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support production schedules and improve overall plant efficiency.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance machinery performance or reduce costs.
