Responsibilities

• CNC Machine Operation & Setup: Proficient in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
  
  
• Blueprint & G-Code Interpretation: Skilled in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and G-code programming for precise machining.
  
  
• Quality Control & Precision Measurement: Experienced in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
  
  
• Material Handling & Tooling Selection: Knowledgeable in selecting appropriate materials, cutting tools, and speeds/feeds to optimize machining efficiency.
  
  
• Maintenance & Safety Compliance: Conducts routine machine maintenance and adheres to workplace safety standards to ensure optimal machine performance and a safe work environment.
