We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in either Milling or Turning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. While programming experience is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role. An understanding of machining processes, reading blueprints, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.





salary: $555,000 - $900,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Milling or Turning) to produce quality parts within specifications.
  
  
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  
  
• Select and load the correct tools, materials, and fixtures for each job.
  
  
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to speed, feed rates, and tool paths as needed.
  
  
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to ensure they meet specifications.
  
  
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and quality standards.
  
  
• Follow all company policies and safety protocols.
  
  
• Document machining processes, part counts, and any issues or adjustments made during production.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering or supervisory staff to resolve any technical issues or challenges.
  
  
• Adhere to quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
