Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of motors, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs.
- Industrial or manufacturing plant maintenance experience is REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.
