1st shift weekend production supervisor.

A prominent company in Cleveland, TN is looking for a 1st Shift Weekend Production Supervisor to join their leadership team. The supervisor will be responsible for coaching and mentoring hourly employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet production deadlines. They will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to top-quality standards, all while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires collaboration across all levels of the organization, providing coaching, guidance, and accountability to the team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving continuous improvement and support the company in achieving its strategic goals and overall business objectives. Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain a safe work environment through proactive safety initiatives.
  
  
• Lead the manufacturing team in achieving production targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  
  
• Inspire, coach, and motivate shop floor employees to implement Continuous Improvement strategies, driving improvements in cost, productivity, quality, morale, and on-time delivery.
  
  
• Empower employees by promoting decision-making and involvement, encouraging positive change throughout the organization.
  
  
• Drive innovation, continuous learning, and the adoption of lean manufacturing practices.
  
  
• Support and guide team members to meet department-specific goals, value stream targets, and balanced scorecard metrics.
  
  
• Embed Danfoss values and principles into the team's culture and daily operations.
  
  
• Oversee the training, evaluation, and certification of operators, as well as cross-training initiatives to enhance team flexibility.
