- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational training or an associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance:
- Conducting scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Inspecting equipment for potential issues and performing necessary adjustments.
- Lubricating, cleaning, and calibrating equipment.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
- Repairing or replacing defective parts and components.
- Using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems.
- Reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, such as:
- Conveyors
- Pumps
- Motors
- Robotic systems
- Production machinery
- Ensuring equipment operates within safety and performance standards.
- Maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, such as:
- Facility Maintenance:
- Performing general building maintenance tasks.
- Assisting with the installation and relocation of equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Reporting safety hazards and incidents.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
