Responsibilities

At least 5-7 years of supervision experience
• Excellent communications skills and organizational ability.
• Must have high initiative, integrity, outstanding work ethic, good communication and analytical skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Able and willing to work well in a diverse environment, as well as multiple shifts.
• Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture;
• Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience and overall operating knowledge of various Warehouse Management Systems.
• “5-S / continuous improvement systems experience preferred
• Must have demonstrated root cause analysis skills
• Must have demonstrated corrective action / problem solving skills
• Must have demonstrated project management skills
• Perform other duties as required and assigned

manual lifting up to 50lbs
