We are looking for an Inventory and Receiving Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing incoming shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring that our warehouse operations are efficient and well-organized.    MUST HAVE:

• Recent experience in inventory control, receiving, or warehouse management (2+ years).

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage or defects. Ensure that goods are properly logged and recorded in the inventory management system. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received products. Maintain accurate inventory records by regularly updating stock levels in the inventory management system. Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and work with purchasing and procurement teams to reorder items as needed. Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure that inventory is prepared and ready for dispatch according to order requirements. Assist in preparing and verifying shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  
  
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to handle inventory.
