Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Director of Operations with a dotted line to the CEO to
accomplish the goals, objectives and strategic plan established in cooperation with the
Executive Team.
• Oversee Daily Operations
• Effective Daily Scheduling
• Manage Staff & Training Levels
• Meeting & Establishing Performance Commitments
• Establish Procedures
• Run Rate Statistics and report determined discrepancies
• Measure labor costs
• Proactive failure on equipment
• Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations and production.
• Manage and direct the operations of the DMS division daily either personally or through
Supervisors and Leads.
• Create a team environment and open line of communication with all employees.
• Training and development of Supervisors; empowering the Supervisors to participate in
the decision-making processes.
