- High School equivalent.
- 10 years of industrial metal department experience.
- Ability to train personnel in job duties.
- Knowledge of heavy machinery including but not limited to: press brakes, punch presses, laser cutters, water jet cutters, lathes, milling machines, and any other metal processing equipment.
- Knowledge of metals and or metallurgy preferred.
- Knowledge of standard OSHA safety procedures for heavy manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
A Warehouse Supervisor overseeing 10 people and sheet metal processing is responsible for:
- Receiving & Inventory: Managing incoming sheet metal, ensuring proper classification, and organizing efficient storage.
- Production Oversight: Supervising the operation of laser cutter, punch machine, CNC, and bend machines, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Work Distribution: Assigning tasks to staff based on skills and production needs.
- Staff Management: Managing employee PTO requests and fostering a productive work environment.
- Communication & Coordination: Attending meetings and aligning warehouse operations with the production schedule.
