We are seeking Maintenance Techs for a Plastics Injection Molding Facility in Wisconsin. You will be responsible for repairs and maintain molding machines and auxiliary equipment. (Molding machines, dryers, grinders, loaders, mold heaters, chillers, and others as needed) Preventive maintenance of this equipment is included in the responsibilities of this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in this field and have knowledge on how to operate and repair molding machines. Basic understanding of basic math skills, electric control systems, motor starters, heater circuits and fuse transformers is also a plus.  What's in it for you?

Responsibilities

 Maintain/troubleshoot production, facility, and auxiliary equipment including corrective and
preventative maintenance.
 Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing and other parts, using hand tools or
power tools.
 Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments
using hand tools or power tools.
 Clean or lubricate machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas and other objects
using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
 Apply protective materials to equipment, components and parts in order to prevent defects
and corrosion.
 Transfer tools, parts, equipment and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
 Assemble and maintain physical structures, using hand tools or power tools.
 Provide assistance to more skilled workers involved in the adjustment, maintenance, part
replacement, and repair of tools, equipment, and machines.
 Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

manual lifting up to 75lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
