Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and enter data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Utilize advanced computer skills to navigate data management systems and support operational needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of FTC (Federal Trade Commission) procedures, including regulations on consumer protection and fair business practices, to facilitate compliance and operational efficiency.
- Experience in CFS (Container Freight Station) operations preferred, with the ability to coordinate and optimize freight handling and distribution processes.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and CFS operators.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, CFS, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
