Responsibilities
- Assemble and solder through-hole and SMT components onto PCBs.
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper soldering, alignment, and assembly.
- Inspect components and assemblies for defects, ensuring that finished products meet industry standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Troubleshoot and repair any assembly or soldering issues that arise during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work with team members and engineers to ensure timely production of products.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
