Responsibilities
Salary: $90k - $100k
Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 warehouse employees, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Manage employee schedules and time-off requests to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Address employee concerns and implement disciplinary actions as needed, in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization to optimize space utilization and workflow.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
- Enforce all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards
