- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in through-hole and SMT soldering techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- IPC certification is a plus, but not required
salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems
- Perform both through-hole and SMT soldering following IPC standards
- Interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Inspect work for accuracy, function, and quality
- Use hand tools, soldering irons, and microscopes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
