In this role, you'll oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and timelines are adhered to. You'll work closely with project managers, crew members, and clients to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be key as you lead diverse teams and engage with clients on-site.
salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
5 – 7 years of residential roofing experience
Experience meeting with homeowners and insurance adjusters to conduct roof inspections
Experience evaluating hailstorm damage
Ability and experience fixing roofing issues
Resourceful; Problem solving, thinks ahead, makes sound decisions in finding solutions to problems using all available resources.
Computer/technology savvy: Is able to fully utilize industry (including Xactimate and Acculynx or similar estimating/project management software)
Excellent customer service and sales skills
strong communication skills; both verbal and written. Professional in interactions internally within the company and externally.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable background check per company policy and standards.
