We are seeking an experienced Double Lift Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. This is a full-time position offering a 12-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with mandatory availability every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating double lift forklifts, including both double pallet handlers and double deep reach trucks, to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Double Pallet Handling: Operate forklifts equipped with double pallet handling attachments or forks to move two pallets or loads side-by-side, ensuring efficient transportation across the warehouse.
  
  
• Efficiency Improvement: Increase overall warehouse efficiency by reducing the number of trips needed to transport goods, significantly improving the flow of materials.
  
  
• Space Optimization: Maximize warehouse storage capacity by efficiently stacking and retrieving goods, utilizing double deep reach trucks and single-double pallet handlers.
  
  
• Safe Operation: Ensure all loads are properly secured and balanced during transportation to prevent accidents or damage to products. Adhere to all safety protocols while operating the forklift.
  
  
• Maneuverability in Tight Spaces: Operate dual drive forklifts and navigate through confined spaces, utilizing the front wheels’ ability to turn in opposite directions for enhanced maneuverability.
  
  
• Maintenance and Safety Checks: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the forklift to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  
  
• Record Keeping: Accurately document all relevant inventory and transportation movements in the warehouse management system.
