Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Start up and properly run the machinery that is part of the pail line
Must be capable of using measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers.
Understand and complete the various verification procedures for the machinery.
Complete all preventative maintenance requirements daily, weekly and monthly for the machinery.
Ensure all proper housekeeping is completed for the machinery.
Ensure all safety requirements are maintained while setting up, running and maintaining the machinery.
Maintain all required tools for successful set-up, operation and maintenance of the machinery.
Understands all Learning / Training documentation including operating specs, diagnostics and machine rebuild.
Works with all other plant personnel to ensure efficient operation of the machinery.
Assist Plant General Manager and Pail Line Manager with any other duties or responsibilities as required.
