What You’ll Do: As a Quality Inspector, you'll be at the front line of ensuring our clients components meet strict specifications. Your eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help us deliver only the best.
- Inspect and evaluate components for specification compliance
- Record and report inspection results accurately
- Flag and document non-conforming parts
- Work with team members and supervisors to solve quality issues
- Use software and tools to document your findings
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Perform other tasks as needed – we're a team that supports each other!
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–1 year of experience in inspection or manufacturing (we’ll train the right candidate!)
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges is a plus
- Basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (or willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Great communication and a commitment to doing the right thing
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Lift up to 20 lbs unassisted
- Repetitive hand/arm use and working with small parts
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment with varying temperature

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities

- Inspect components to determine if they are compliant to specifications
- Document inspection results as required
- Submit Non-Conformance reports for goods failing inspection
- Notify supervisors and other personnel of production problems and assist in identifying these problems
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
- Record inspection data using established programs and software
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
