Responsibilities

Main Duties:

• Monitoring automated machines processing of the stainless steel parts through the use of the basket system
• Troubleshooting any machine issues
• This person must be able to stand and work on their feet all day walking back and forth, lifting, etc.

Other Duties May Include:

• Reading from job travelers sheets to determine anodizing process needed for each order
• Carefully masking and racking parts according to order specs 
• Visually inspect work prior to, during and after finishing in accordance with procedures.
• Perform qualified testing on parts in accordance with work instructions.
• Measuring and taping down parts using rulers and other measuring tools 
• Using testing equipment and calibrating as needed
• Helping out with other production tasks needed, such as cleaning work stations, machine operating and other shipping or manufacturing tasks

The essential functions of this role include:
