• 2+ years of experience with CNC Swiss turn/mill machines
  
  
• Ability to work from technical drawings and work instructions
  
  
• Math skills and mechanical aptitude
  
  
• A passion for precision – if it’s not perfect, it’s not done!
  
  
• Bonus points for experience with G-code editing and multi-axis machines
  
  

 

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss turn/mill machines (e.g., Citizen, Star, Tsugami)
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings with laser focus
  
  
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
  
  
• Perform offsets, tooling changes, and minor program edits
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (like a tidy Swiss chalet!)
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure top-notch quality
