What You'll Be Slicing Into:
- Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC, etc.)
- Conduct pre-operational inspections, product quality checks, and equipment swabbing
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
- Train and support production staff on quality best practices
- Collaborate with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to ensure quality from start to finish
- Investigate non-conformances and help carve out solutions What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in food manufacturing QA (meat/poultry industry preferred )
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, etc.) Attention to detail — nothing gets past you
- Comfortable in a cold environment and fast-paced production floor
- Ability to communicate clearly and hold others to high standards
- HACCP certification or willingness to get certified a plus
salary: $41,000 - $42,000 per year

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and verify critical control points (CCPs), sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Conduct product inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Investigate non-conformances and assist in corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain accurate QA records, logs, and documentation for regulatory and internal requirements
- Support internal audits and third-party inspections (FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC, etc.)
- Train production staff on quality procedures and food safety protocols
