Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for your next career move? We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our dynamic team on 2nd shift. This role focuses heavily on preventive maintenance, equipment upkeep, and injection molding maintenance, with opportunities to apply a wide range of technical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs on production equipment, with an emphasis on injection molding machinery.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Utilize fabrication skills including welding and manual mill work to maintain and improve equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics to ensure effective maintenance and repairs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow established safety procedures.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Skilled in fabrication techniques such as welding and manual milling.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
- Injection molding maintenance experience highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
