Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance team for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and housekeeping.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Inspect and maintain production equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
- Address maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with building and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships for specialized repairs.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in facilities management or engineering preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing/machine tool maintenance.
- Supervisory experience in maintenance.
- strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
