Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide plant operations, including fabrication and assembly departments.
- Ensure achievement of cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Lead and develop teams, setting clear objectives aligned with business plans.
- Champion lean initiatives such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and One-Piece Flow.
- Support performance reviews, training, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements.
- Maintain ISO compliance and manage resolution of quality issues.
- Monitor and reduce scrap and rework while enhancing productivity.
- Establish standardized work practices and production standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of management experience in manufacturing.
- Lean Manufacturing Certification is a plus.
- strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
- Skilled in SQCDM metrics and PDCA methodology.
- strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
