Key Responsibilities:
- Review shipment instructions and pricing, ensuring all necessary details are collected or requested.
- Provide timely responses to internal and external communications.
- Manage shipments based on Executive guidance, adhering to The Fence protocol.
- Enter shipper, consignee, and vendor details into the system accurately.
- Initiate and manage all shipment records (CONSOL) in CW1, ensuring all data fields are completed.
- Track and update shipment milestones as they progress.
- Collect payments from PIA or COD customers based on company procedures before processing or releasing cargo.
- Coordinate daily pickups with various vendors and follow up on each step until delivery is confirmed.
- Confirm all shipping documentation aligns with commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
- File AES for shipments over $2,500 and request EED (Electronic Export Declaration) authorization as needed.
- Handle AMS filings for shipments entering the U.S. territory.
- Request cargo bookings and generate shipping documents, sending pre-alerts to brokers and customers.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the shipping process, providing updates and alerts on delays or issues.
- Revise consignment instructions for WCA shipments and provide commercial support quotes as applicable.

At least one year of Logistics or freight forwarding experience is required.
At least one year of direct customer service experience.
At least one year of experience in logistics and supply chain management software (CW1)
A college degree is not required but is preferred.
