Position Summary
The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound logistics operations, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time and in full. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily shipping operations, including scheduling, packaging, labeling, and loading.
- Lead a team of shipping personnel, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders in alignment with SICO's quality and delivery standards.
- Partner closely with Production, Customer Service, and Transportation teams to meet delivery timelines and resolve order discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Maintain shipping records, bills of lading, and ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Champion a safe and clean work environment, enforcing proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.) to drive operational efficiency.
- Provide input for process improvement and system enhancements (ERP, WMS, etc.).
- Assist with employee scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing plans during peak periods.
