Responsibilities
- Supervised daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Led, trained, and scheduled a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and safety goals.
- Implemented and enforced safety protocols, reducing workplace incidents and maintaining OSHA compliance.
- Monitored inventory levels and coordinated with procurement to ensure adequate stock and minimize downtime.
- Utilized WMS systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate performance reports for upper management.
