Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensure proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Keep an organized inventory of shipping materials.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy and ensure they match the accompanying documentation.  Record, log and sort received items.  
• Maintain the stockroom layout for efficient storage and retrieval of items, always ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Pull kits and issue back orders.
• Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
•  Assistant with updating Purchasing to reorder low stock items. 
• Performs other duties as assigned, in support of department objectives and company goals.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
