What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Advanced setup skills on 3, 4, or 5-axis mills/lathes
- Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Experience with Haas or DMG Mori controls preferred
- Full-time schedule with OT available
- Day or Night Shift options
- Paid time off & sick days
- Stable, long-term work with room to grow
- Day: Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 5 PM
- Night: Mon–Fri, 4 PM – 2 AM
salary: $50,000 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC lathes and/or mills.
- Operate CNC machines to produce both production and prototype parts with minimal supervision.
- Review work orders to determine part specifications and job requirements.
- Independently set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations.
- Perform periodic inspections during production to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Edit CNC programs under supervision to correct dimensional issues during initial setups.
- Work with Haas or DMG Mori controls (must be knowledgeable in at least one).
