- bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the quality of raw meats during processing, including checking in-process cutting of raw meats and verifying sample sizes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inspections, procedures, and compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in all phases of production.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP plans to ensure food safety.
- Conduct routine tests to ensure product quality and safety, including sample analysis.
- Provide training to staff on quality procedures and GMP/SOP guidelines to ensure consistency across the department.
- Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from standards and work with the team to resolve them.
