We are looking for a machine operator in the Lancaster, NY area. Must have experience with machining - CNC preferred but willing to teach. Must be the ability to read blueprints and technicial drawings. Mechanical and technicial skills are required. Apply if applicable.

Responsibilities

 ·       Set up, operate, and maintain CNC hydraulic tube bending machines to produce parts that meet engineering drawings and client specifications.

·        Perform routine machine maintenance, including tooling adjustments, lubrication, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.

·       Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

·       Adjust machine settings as needed to correct deviations and optimize production efficiency.

·       Collaborate with engineers and production supervisors to refine processes and address production challenges.

·       Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

·       Document production data, including quantities produced, material usage, and any defects or machine downtime.
