Responsibilities
• Clean all areas in fiberglass. • Vacuum, sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors areas in fiberglass.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
• Maintain the parking lot clean of leaves and debris using a leaf blower.
• Follow all company safety and security procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. • Maintains maintenance equipment in working order.
• Provides basic cleaning and greasing maintenance of certain equipment. • Performs repairs or general maintenance work of Fiberglass building, grounds, and equipment including carpentry, minor plumbing, painting.
• Repairs and treats structures such as shutters, floors, sinks, walls, and carpets.
• Performs minor repairs, troubleshooting, and adjustment of locks on cabinets, locks, closets, desk.
