Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and company standards.
- Perform routine inspections of production areas, equipment, and processes.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards.
- Assist in product testing, labeling verification, and sanitation inspections.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality assurance guidelines.
