Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and other production equipment.
- Perform repairs, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, production machinery, and facility systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate and plant safety standards, as well as applicable laws and regulations from regulatory agencies.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, electrical power supply, and control circuits.
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and repair blow molders, baggers, and related support equipment.
- Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
- Perform mold, pin, and other mechanical changes as required.
- Maintain machines to ensure optimal processing condition and efficiency.
- Conduct hydraulic checks and perform changes on valves, hoses, and pumps.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on all related equipment.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Proactively solicit information and feedback from other departments to facilitate effective machine repair and efficient operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Act with integrity and in full compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
