We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, 1st shift position at an industrial facility in Lexington, KY. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with general cleaning and light maintenance tasks in an industrial or commercial setting. Requirements:

• Must have prior janitorial or general cleaning experience (preferably in an industrial or commercial facility)
  
  
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  
  
• Comfortable working in an industrial setting
  
  
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
  
  
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail
  
  

 

salary: $15 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
  
  
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
  
  
• Take out trash and recycling and restock supplies
  
  
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas
  
  
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting repairs
  
  
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed according to safety and sanitation standards
  
  
• Assist with set-up and clean-up for company events or meetings
  
  
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  
  
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
