work hours: 12 AM - 8 AM

Responsibilities

• Load fiberglass rolls onto automated machine payoffs and liners onto pullover chutes.
  
  
• Align lap feeds for continuous and accurate production.
  
  
• Feed the automatic packer as duct segments are cut to specified lengths.
  
  
• Monitor packing process to identify and remove any defective product.
  
  
• Inspect final products for quality standards before packaging.
  
  
• Assemble boxes, palletize finished goods, and label/tag shipments accordingly.
  
  
• Change out chutes for varying duct diameters as needed.
  
  
• Maintain a steady supply of production materials, including boxes, labels, and tape.
  
  
• Perform necessary rework or adjustments to meet quality guidelines.
