- Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field
- Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Comfortable using both hand and power tools in a production environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Basic understanding of industrial control systems and electrical testing methods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of assembly and installation tasks on the shop floor, including mechanical fastening of electronic and electrical components to control panels and enclosures.
- Work under general instructions and guidance to complete repairs, assembly, and installation projects.
- Perform complete point-to-point wiring for machines and conveyors.
- Utilize a range of standard assembly tools and equipment, such as hand and power tools, drills, conduit benders, pipe threading tools, voltmeters, and continuity testers.
- Conduct system testing to verify input/output functionality, ensuring all devices and systems operate correctly.
- Inspect parts for defects, flaws, or dimensional inaccuracies to ensure compliance with drawing specifications and quality standards.
