Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck depending on role) in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
- Move inventory and materials to designated areas within the warehouse
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklift equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning or documentation
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (e.g., cleaning, organizing)
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
