As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic specializing in drilling equipment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our specialized fleet. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to utilize your diverse mechanical skills, tackle challenging projects, and contribute directly to our company's success. salary: $72,000 - $93,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a variety of heavy equipment, with a focus on specialized drilling machinery.
• Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks, including hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel engine, transmission, and gearbox servicing.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and wiring systems.
• Utilize your welding and fabrication skills to create and modify parts as needed.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other documentation accurately.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve intricate mechanical issues.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
