Randstad is seeking a Process Coordinator to oversee production scheduling and quality control in our Cairo, GA facility. This position is essential to ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding quality standards across multiple product lines. You will work with muiltple departments. 

salary: $15 - $16 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Scheduling & Production Planning

• Schedule production runs on Pullover, Polycore, and Barrier machines based on customer orders and inventory levels.
  
  
• Coordinate raw material needs with the purchasing department.
  
  
• Print finished goods tickets for scheduled production.
  
  
• Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of non-insulated products.
  
  

Quality Control

• Conduct in-process and final inspections on all key production lines to ensure compliance with UL, customer, and company standards.
  
  
• Maintain detailed quality control records for both internal use and UL audits.
  
  
• Manage inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Maintain close communication with all production areas to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues.
  
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through feedback and process recommendations.
