- Prior QA experience in the food or meat industry is required
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and USDA standards

Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Conduct swab testing, temperature checks, and visual inspections
- Document findings and maintain accurate quality records and reports
- Assist with internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with production staff and supervisors to address any quality issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, USDA, and other applicable regulations
